An airport transfer service website in Yerevan has one job: make a tired traveller feel sure that someone will be waiting. Many flights land at Zvartnots late at night or early in the morning. Travellers arriving for the first time do not know the city, may not have local mobile data yet, and are not sure how taxi apps work here. A transfer with a fixed price and a driver holding their name is worth paying for, if your site makes it easy to trust.
Who books transfers
- First-time tourists, especially families and older travellers.
- Groups arriving together: weddings, conferences, sports teams.
- Business travellers whose companies pay and want receipts.
- Diaspora families with lots of luggage.
- Travellers going straight on to Tsaghkadzor, Dilijan, Sevan, Gyumri or Tbilisi.
Each of them compares you with a taxi app like Yandex Go. Be clear about what you offer that an app does not: waiting time included, a meeting in the arrivals hall, a car sized for the group, child seats, and a driver who speaks their language.
The route and price table
This is the heart of the site. Fixed prices by route and car class, in dram with an approximate dollar or euro price:
| Route | What to show next to the price | Note for travellers |
|---|---|---|
| Zvartnots airport to central Yerevan | Price per car class, free waiting time | Meeting in the arrivals hall with a name sign |
| Zvartnots to Tsaghkadzor | Price, ski rack or roof box | Winter road conditions |
| Yerevan to Lake Sevan | One way and return with waiting | Optional stop at Sevanavank |
| Yerevan to Dilijan | One way, option to combine with Sevan | Mountain road, travel time |
| Yerevan to Gyumri | One way, return | Alternative to Shirak airport arrivals |
| Yerevan to Tbilisi | Price per car, border crossing included | Passports, time at the border |
Put your own fixed prices in dram for a sedan, a minivan and a minibus, plus typical travel time. Say what is included: waiting time after landing, tolls, child seats, extra stops. A traveller who sees a full, honest table rarely writes to ask "how much?".
If prices depend on many factors, a simple price calculator works: choose route, car class, number of passengers, see the price.
The booking form
Ask only what the dispatcher needs:
- Date and flight number.
- Arrival time (filled automatically from the flight if you want to go further).
- Number of passengers and bags, including large items like skis or strollers.
- Child seats and their ages.
- Destination: hotel name or address.
- Name for the sign.
- Contact: WhatsApp or Telegram, with country code.
That is already seven fields, so keep everything else out. Our comparison of short vs long lead forms explains why every extra field costs you requests. For a group, a separate "Group transfer" request with the number of people is simpler than a long form.
Confirmation that calms people down
After booking, the traveller should receive a confirmation they can show to anyone: date, flight, pickup point, price, and later the driver's name, car model and plate, and phone. Send it in the messenger the traveller chose. Many international travellers prefer WhatsApp, while visitors from Russia and neighbouring countries use Telegram; see WhatsApp or Telegram for leads.
Night arrivals and delays
Write your policy clearly:
- you track the flight, so delays do not cost the traveller extra;
- how long the driver waits after landing for free;
- what happens if the traveller cannot find the driver: a phone number that answers at night;
- where exactly in the arrivals hall the driver stands.
A photo of the meeting point in the arrivals hall helps more than any description.
Intercity and day trips
Many transfer services also drive to Georgia, ski resorts and tourist sites. Give these their own section or pages, with route-specific notes: border crossing time to Tbilisi, winter road conditions to Tsaghkadzor, stops on the way to Dilijan. Route pages also appear in searches like "Yerevan to Tbilisi transfer", which a single page cannot cover well.
Languages and currencies
English and Russian versions are essential. Armenian helps with local and corporate clients. Show prices in dram and an approximate dollar or euro price. State which currencies the driver accepts in cash and whether card payment is possible.
Trust signals
- Real photos of your cars, clean, with the logo if you have one.
- Driver photos and the languages they speak.
- Company name and legal details for business travellers who need receipts.
- A visible phone number that works 24/7.
- Links to your reviews on Google Maps or platforms.
Return trips and reminders
Most travellers who arrive also leave. After the first ride, offer the return transfer to the airport with the same driver class and price. A reminder a day before departure with the pickup time, calculated from the flight time, is a small touch travellers remember. If bookings come through a Telegram bot, it can send these reminders and the driver's details automatically.
Corporate accounts
Hotels, travel agencies and companies with regular visitors book transfers often. A short page for partners with a contact form and invoicing details can bring steady volume. Requests from partners can go to the same Telegram dispatch chat, marked as "partner".
