Form data never leaves your browser.

This is a template, not legal advice. Check the text against your business. If you process medical, biometric or other special category data, work with children or transfer large databases abroad, show the policy to a lawyer.

Why it matters

Who needs a privacy policy

Any website with a form

If a website takes a name, phone number or email, it processes personal data. Armenian law requires telling people who collects it and why, and getting their consent.

Ads and services

Ad platforms (for example, Meta and Google lead forms) and payment services often ask for a privacy policy link. Without it, review may fail.

Customer trust

A policy link next to a form shows that you handle data with care. It matters even more for customers from the EU.

Is a privacy policy required for a website in Armenia?

If a website collects personal data (name, phone, email), the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Protection of Personal Data" requires informing people about the purpose and terms of processing and getting their consent. A policy on the website is the simplest way to do that.

Can I use the text without a lawyer?

For a typical website with a request form, a bot and analytics, the template is usually enough. It is not legal advice: if you work with medical or biometric data, children or large customer databases, show the text to a lawyer.

Where should I put the policy on my website?

Publish it as a separate page, for example /privacy/, and link to it in the footer and next to every form: "By submitting this form, you agree to the privacy policy".

Do I need the GDPR section?

GDPR applies when you offer services to people in the EU or monitor their behaviour on your website. If you have such customers, include the section: it describes their extra rights. Full GDPR compliance may take more than a policy text.

Does the generator store my data?

No. The text is built right in your browser and the form sends nothing to our server. You can even go offline after the page loads.
