A dance school has two audiences: adults who want to dance themselves and parents choosing a class for their child. Both want the same thing from your website: to understand quickly which group fits, when it meets, how much it costs and how to try a lesson.
The first screen
- School name, district and nearest landmark.
- Styles in one line: "Contemporary, hip-hop, ballet and Latin for kids and adults".
- One clear action: "Book a trial lesson".
- A photo or short video from a real class.
Structure that works
| Block | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Styles | Short description of each, for which age |
| Groups | Age group, level, days, time, teacher |
| Teachers | Photo, background, styles, languages |
| Prices | Monthly fee, single lesson, sibling discounts if any |
| Events | Concerts, competitions, open lessons |
| Location | Map, entrance, parking, waiting area for parents |
| FAQ | What to wear, how often to attend, when to start |
For a school with many groups, a multi-page site with a page per style or age group ranks better in search and helps parents find the right class.
Trial lesson booking
The trial lesson is the main conversion. Keep the form short: name, phone or Telegram, age of the student, preferred style. The request arrives in the school's Telegram immediately. A Telegram bot can also confirm the time, send directions and remind the family on the day of the lesson.
Showing real classes
Parents want to see the atmosphere: how teachers talk to children, how the hall looks, what a performance looks like. Short clips from classes and concerts (with parents' permission) work better than any text. Keep video light so the page loads quickly on phones.
Languages
Yerevan has Armenian-speaking families, Russian-speaking families and international families. If your teachers work in several languages, say so clearly and consider separate language versions of the site ($600 at Kinto). Parents search in their own language and trust schools that speak it.
Costs at Kinto
- One-page site: $700, about 6 days
- Multi-page site with groups and events: $1,800, about 12 days
- Telegram bot for trial bookings and reminders: $500
- Online payment of monthly fees: $600
The price is fixed in the contract before we start, and the domain and accounts are registered to the school.
Keeping current students
The website brings new students. Keeping them is about communication: schedule changes, concert dates, payment reminders. A Telegram channel or bot for current students handles this better than scattered group chats, and it is easy to connect to the same system that receives website requests.
Seasonal peaks
September and January are the busiest months for new students. Update prices, groups and the schedule before these peaks and run a small campaign pointing to the trial lesson page. A site that is already up to date when parents start looking will catch most of that demand.
Pages that match how parents search
Parents rarely search "dance school". They search "hip-hop for kids 8 years Yerevan", "ballet for girls Arabkir", "dance classes for adults beginners Yerevan". A page per style and age group, with the schedule and price for that group, matches these searches much better than one long page. Each page ends with the same trial lesson button.
