A construction company website in Yerevan has to overcome a trust problem the industry created itself. Most people have a story about a renovation that went over budget, a crew that disappeared for two weeks, or a wall that cracked a month later. Your site cannot make promises disappear, but it can show how you work, step by step, so a client sees the difference before calling.
Who you are building for
Construction covers very different businesses. Decide which one your site speaks to first:
| Type | Typical client | What the client fears |
|---|---|---|
| Apartment renovation | Owner of a new-build or old flat | Budget overruns, delays, bad finishing |
| Private houses | Family building outside the city | Choosing the wrong builder for years of work |
| Commercial fit-out | Cafe, office, shop owner | Missing the opening date |
| Specialized work | Roofing, facades, electrics, plumbing | Hidden defects |
| Developers and contractors | B2B partners | Capacity, licenses, reliability |
Many Yerevan buyers of new-build apartments receive them in "black frame" or with basic finishing and need full renovation. If that is your main market, say so on the first screen.
Project pages are the core
A gallery of finished interiors is pleasant, but clients know photos can be from anywhere. A project page that tells the story is far more convincing:
- The starting point: photos of the apartment or site before work.
- The task: area, what the owner wanted, budget range.
- Stages: demolition, electrics and plumbing, screed and plaster, finishing, with photos and dates.
- Timeline: planned versus actual, honestly.
- The result: photos in daylight.
- Who led it: the site manager's name.
Five strong project pages beat fifty photos in a grid. A before and after gallery on each page makes the result clear in one glance.
Explaining the estimate
Clients want to know how much. You cannot give an exact number without seeing the site, but you can explain how the estimate works:
- price ranges per square meter for common work types: cosmetic renovation, full renovation, turnkey;
- what is included in labor and what is materials;
- what increases cost: old buildings, moving walls, premium materials;
- how and when payments are made: by stage, with acceptance at each stage.
A price calculator can turn this into a rough range: choose property type, area and renovation level. It gives clients a number to think about and gives you better-prepared leads.
The request: a site visit
The real conversion for a construction company is a site visit. The form asks for:
- property type and area;
- type of work;
- district or town;
- a few photos from the phone;
- contact by phone, Telegram or WhatsApp.
The request with photos goes to the estimator's Telegram. Clients appreciate a quick reply with a proposed visit time.
Trust details that matter
- Company name, registration and licenses where applicable.
- Written warranty: what is covered and for how long.
- Contract sample or a description of what the contract includes.
- Real team photos: site managers, foremen, the office.
- How you report progress: weekly photos in a Telegram chat, site visits with the client.
For reviews, use only real ones with permission, as explained in reviews on your website. A link to your Google Maps profile shows reviews you cannot edit, which clients trust more.
Pages for search
People search by work type and place: "apartment renovation Yerevan", "turnkey renovation new building", "house construction Abovyan". A page per service with the price range, typical timeline, a few projects and the request form matches these searches. Add Russian and English versions if you serve relocants and diaspora clients who buy apartments in Yerevan and manage renovation from abroad.
Clients managing work from abroad
Diaspora families and relocants often renovate while living elsewhere. Show how you work with them: video calls, a shared Telegram chat with weekly photo reports, staged payments online, acceptance by video. This section alone can win clients who would otherwise not dare to renovate remotely.
Materials: who buys what
One of the most common disputes in renovation is about materials: who chooses them, who buys them, and who pays when the price changes. Explain your approach on the site in a few lines. For example: the client chooses finishing materials from a list with the designer, the company buys rough materials at its own prices, and any change is agreed in writing in the chat before purchase. Clients who read this before signing argue less later.
Before launch: check the site like a client
| Check | What to look for |
|---|---|
| Project pages | Each has stages, dates and a named manager |
| Prices | Ranges per square meter are current |
| Request form | Photos upload from a phone on mobile data |
| Notifications | The estimator gets the request in Telegram within a minute |
| Languages | Russian and English pages say the same as Armenian |
Seasonality
Exterior work and house construction depend on weather; interior renovation runs all year but often peaks in spring and before autumn. Use the site to fill quiet months: an offer for interior work in winter, or early booking for spring house projects.
