Booking flow
Keep it short and calm:
- Reason for the visit: consultation, cleaning, pain, implant consultation, child.
- Doctor or "any available".
- Date and free time.
- Phone number with one button.
For urgent pain, the bot shows the clinic phone and the nearest free slot rather than making the patient go through a long form.
Photos and X-rays
Patients often have a recent X-ray or a treatment plan from another clinic and want a second opinion or a price. The bot collects:
- A short description of the problem.
- Photos or files.
- Contacts and preferred language.
Reception forwards it to the right doctor, who replies or invites the patient for a consultation. The bot itself never gives a diagnosis.
Patients from abroad
