A client who wants to book a haircut at 11 pm will not call. They will look for a place where they can book right now. Online booking captures exactly those people.
Two ways to do it
There are two common setups, and the right one depends on your volume.
A request form. The client picks a service and a preferred time and leaves a name and phone. The request arrives in your Telegram, and you confirm by message. It is cheap, fast to set up and flexible.
A live calendar. The client sees free slots and books one. The slot is blocked for others. This removes back-and-forth but needs clear rules: how long each service takes, breaks, who works when.
| Request form | Live calendar | |
|---|---|---|
| Setup effort | Low | Medium |
| Double bookings | Prevented by manual confirmation | Prevented automatically |
| Works for | 1 to 3 staff, flexible schedules | Several staff, many bookings a day |
| Client experience | "We'll confirm in a few minutes" | Instant confirmation |
Most small businesses in Yerevan start with the form and move to a calendar, often with a CRM integration, when the phone starts ringing too much.

What a good booking flow looks like
- Short. Service, time, name, contact. Anything else can wait.
- Mobile first. Most people book from a phone, often on mobile data.
- Clear about what happens next. "We'll confirm within 15 minutes" is better than silence.
- In the client's language. Armenian, Russian or English, depending on who your clients are.
Where requests go
Email is the slowest channel. We send booking requests straight to Telegram, to one person or to a team chat. Everyone sees the request at once, and you can reply from your phone between clients.
If you want clients to book inside Telegram as well, a Telegram bot can ask the same questions with buttons. Both the site and the bot can feed the same chat.

Reminders and no-shows
A reminder message a few hours before the appointment is the simplest way to reduce no-shows. With a bot it is automatic. With a form you can send it manually or set up a simple scheduled message.
Which businesses benefit most
- Beauty salons, barbershops, nail studios
- Clinics, dentists, cosmetology
- Fitness and yoga studios, dance classes
- Language schools and tutors
- Car services and car washes
- Restaurants taking table reservations
For all of them the logic is the same: fewer calls, more bookings outside business hours.
