Restore Factory is a mobile cleaning service in Yerevan. A master comes to a home or an office and cleans sofas, armchairs, chairs, mattresses, carpets and car interiors. A separate line of work is furniture for offices, cafes, restaurants and hotels. The website also has a page for a laundry that is getting ready to open.
Kinto built the website and the Telegram lead bot @restorefactory_am_bot for Restore Factory. Below we go through what is on the website and why, with no invented numbers: everything described here can be checked by opening the site.
The business task
Looking at the website through the client's eyes, the task is clear:
- Show the price right away. Someone who wants a sofa cleaned first asks "how much". On the website the price is on the first screen and can be calculated before any call.
- Remove the worries. How long the work takes, when you can sit on the sofa, whether chemicals stay in the fabric, whether the smell of smoke goes away. The answers are on the home page and on the service pages.
- Get a request the team can act on. The master needs to know what to clean, in which district and when it is convenient. All of this comes with the request.
- Speak the client's language. That is why the website has Russian, Armenian, English and Chinese versions.
What was done
Structure and pages
The website has close to twenty pages:
- Home page with prices on the first screen, a calculator, before and after photos, videos from real jobs, the cleaning process, a block for businesses and FAQ.
- Service pages: sofa, mattress, car interior, carpet cleaning, furniture for businesses and the laundry. Each has its own prices, scope of work and questions.
- Full price list on one page: sofas, armchairs, chairs, mattresses, car interiors by body type and material.
- Articles: how much sofa cleaning costs, how to remove smoke and pet smells, how often to clean a mattress.
- Language versions: an Armenian home page and three Armenian service pages (sofa, mattress, car interior), plus English and Chinese home pages.
Price calculator
On the home page the client builds an order by tabs: upholstered furniture, mattresses, car interior, carpets, for business. Each item has plus and minus buttons, and for a car interior you choose the body type and the material. The «Your order» block collects the items and shows the total in drams. Under the total there is an honest note: the price follows the price list, and the master confirms the final amount from photos before the visit. If the client is not sure what to pick, an empty cart is fine too: the price is calculated from photos.
When such a tool makes sense is covered in our article on a price calculator on a website.
Forms and the lead bot
The website has three request scenarios:
| Scenario | Where it opens | What it asks |
|---|---|---|
| Cleaning order | the calculator button and service pages | name, phone, district, preferred time, Telegram if the client wants, comment |
| Quote for a company | the business furniture page and a block on the home page | the same plus company name and list of furniture |
| Laundry opening | the laundry page | contacts, to notify on opening day |
Only two fields are required: name and phone. The rest helps the master but does not stop anyone from sending the form. Spam is filtered by a hidden honeypot field instead of a captcha. If the form is opened from a service page, the service is already filled in.
After sending, the request arrives in Telegram through the bot @restorefactory_am_bot. Along with the contacts, the form passes the order items from the calculator, the total, the language and the page the request came from, plus UTM tags if the client arrived from an ad link. On the site the client sees «Request sent» and a button to send furniture photos on Telegram right away. If sending fails, the site says so and suggests writing on Telegram instead of showing a false "thank you".
We explain this setup in more detail in website leads to Telegram and short vs long lead form.
Trust without extra words
- Before and after photos from real jobs with captions: what the problem was, how many hours of work, how long it took to dry.
- Short videos from jobs: the same sofa before and after, a sofa with a smoke smell, furniture in a home with a dog, chairs and a mattress, a car interior.
- The process step by step: eight stages for upholstered furniture, separate steps for mattresses and carpets, and the order flow from request to accepting the work.
- A list of Yerevan districts the master travels to.
Mobile version and speed
The website is built for phones: a responsive grid and a separate mobile menu. Pages are light: HTML from 7 to 32 KB, one stylesheet and one script of about 20 KB each. Images load as you scroll, and videos are not downloaded in advance: they play muted only when the clip is on the screen. What else to check on a phone is in our mobile website check.
Search and AI answers
- Each service has its own page for its own query: sofa cleaning, mattress cleaning, car interior cleaning in Yerevan.
- Page titles include the starting price, so it is visible right in the search results.
- Schema.org markup: services with prices, questions and answers, breadcrumbs, articles.
- A sitemap with links between language versions (hreflang).
- An llms.txt file with the price list and services, and robots.txt open to search and AI bots, so ChatGPT, Perplexity and others can cite the prices.
The client's path to a request
- A person searches for sofa or mattress cleaning and lands on a service page or the home page.
- They see the starting price and a short answer on how long the work takes.
- They look at before and after photos and videos, read how the cleaning goes and what happens with chemicals.
- They build an order in the calculator and see the total.
- They tap «Send request», leave a name and phone, pick a district and a convenient time.
- The request with the order items goes to Telegram, and the master gets in touch and confirms the price from photos.

Why this is useful for similar businesses
This setup fits any service where a specialist comes to the client and the price list is clear: cleaning, appliance repair, car wash, home repair.
- Show the price before the client asks. A calculator, or at least a starting price on every service page.
- One service, one page. It is easier to be found in search and to answer questions about that exact service.
- Requests in Telegram, not in email. The master sees the request right away and with details.
- Ask for photos after the request, not before. The form stays short, and the master gives the exact price from photos.
- Real photos and videos matter more than nice words.
