Look at the last fifty messages your business received. Most likely a large share of them are the same ten questions: how much, when are you open, do you deliver, can I come today, do you speak English. An AI assistant answers those for you, at 2 am as well as at noon.
How it works
You give the assistant your own material: price list, services, opening hours, delivery zones, booking rules, a few typical answers. It uses only that to reply. When a customer asks something outside that knowledge, or is ready to buy, the assistant hands the conversation to a person in Telegram.
The result feels like a helpful staff member who never gets tired of the same question.

Questions it handles well
- "How much is it?" with your real prices.
- "Are you open on Sunday?"
- "Do you deliver to Avan?" or "Is there parking?"
- "Do you have a menu in English?"
- "What do I need to bring for the appointment?"
- "How long does it take?"
It struggles, by design, with anything it was not told about. That is a feature: it should not invent discounts or promises.
Three languages without three operators
Yerevan businesses often serve locals, Russian-speaking residents and foreign visitors. Hiring staff who answer fluently in all three languages at night is expensive. The assistant replies in whatever language the customer writes in, using the same facts.

Assistant, simple bot or FAQ page?
| Option | Handles free-form questions | Works 24/7 | Kinto price |
|---|---|---|---|
| FAQ section on the site | No, customer reads it | Yes | included in a site |
| Telegram bot with buttons | Partly, fixed answers | Yes | $500 |
| AI assistant | Yes | Yes | $1,200 |
If your questions are few and predictable, a Telegram bot with buttons may be enough. If customers write long, varied messages, the AI assistant pays off.
Keeping it honest
A good assistant is configured with clear limits:
- Answer only from the provided knowledge.
- Never promise prices or terms that are not in it.
- Offer a human when unsure.
- Collect contact details when the customer is ready to order.
We review real conversations after launch and refine the knowledge so answers improve over time.
Where it lives
The assistant can sit on your website as a chat window, inside Telegram, or both. Requests and contacts it collects go to your Telegram, the same place as form leads, so nothing gets lost. If you use a CRM, a CRM integration adds them there too.
What to prepare
- Current price list and services.
- Hours, address, delivery or service area.
- The 15 to 20 questions you hear most, with your usual answers.
- What the assistant should never say.
Next step
Send us your most common customer questions via the request form or on Telegram at @kinto_am, and we will show how the assistant would answer them. We reply within 15 minutes between 10:00 and 20:00. All prices are on the pricing page.
