Launch day is exciting, and that is exactly when small mistakes slip through. A wrong price, a broken form or a website hidden from Google can cost weeks of lost requests. Use this checklist before you tell the world about your new website.
Content
- Prices and services match what you actually offer today.
- Contacts are correct everywhere: messenger, phone if shown, address, hours.
- No placeholder text like "Lorem ipsum" or "Your text here".
- Spelling checked in every language, ideally by a native speaker.
- Legal pages exist if needed: privacy policy, terms of sale and refunds.

Forms and requests
- Every form tested with real data on a phone.
- Requests arrive in Telegram or the inbox within seconds.
- The thank-you message appears only after successful sending.
- Error messages are clear and suggest another way to contact you.
- Spam protection works without annoying real people.
At Kinto every request goes through a bot to your Telegram, and the website shows "thank you" only after the bot confirms delivery.
Mobile and speed
- The first screen is clear on a phone without zooming.
- Buttons are large enough for a finger.
- No horizontal scrolling on small screens.
- Images are compressed and the home page loads quickly on mobile internet.
- Fonts display correctly in all languages, including Armenian letters.

Search
- The website is open to indexing. Remove any "noindex" left from development.
- Every page has a unique title and description.
- Sitemap and robots.txt are in place.
- Language versions have separate addresses and hreflang tags.
- Link previews in Telegram and social media show the right title and image.

Analytics and tools
- Analytics is installed and counts visits.
- Goals are set: form sent, messenger click.
- Google Search Console and Yandex Webmaster are connected and the sitemap is submitted.
Ownership and safety
- Domain and hosting are registered in your name, and you have the logins.
- Backups exist and someone is responsible for renewals.
How to test a form properly
"I pressed the button and it said thank you" is not a test. A real test checks the whole path of a request:
- Open the website on a phone using mobile internet, not office Wi-Fi.
- Fill in the form as a real client would, with a real name and a phone number you can recognise.
- Press "Send" and note the time.
- Check that the request arrived in the right Telegram chat or inbox, with all fields readable.
- Check that the person who should answer actually sees it, not only the developer.
- Try to send the form with an empty required field and see that the error message is clear.
- Repeat in every language version.
Do the same for every button that opens a messenger. A link to the wrong Telegram username is a surprisingly common mistake, especially after a contact changes.
Link previews and sharing
When someone shares your website in Telegram, WhatsApp or Facebook, the preview shows a title, a short description and an image. These come from special tags on the page. Without them the preview may show a random image or no text at all, and fewer people click. Check the preview by sending the link to yourself in Telegram. If it looks wrong, ask your developer to add or fix the Open Graph tags and an image of 1200 by 630 pixels.
Accessibility basics
A website that is easy to use for everyone is also easier for search engines:
- text has enough contrast with the background;
- images have short descriptions (alt text);
- buttons have clear names like "Book a table", not "Click here";
- the website can be used with a keyboard;
- animations can be reduced for people who switch off motion in their phone settings.
Who does what on launch day
| Role | Responsibility |
|---|---|
| Owner | Final check of prices, texts and contacts |
| Manager | Sends a test request, confirms it was received |
| Developer | Opens indexing, connects search tools, checks speed |
| Marketer | Prepares the announcement and Instagram link |
In a small business one person may have several roles. What matters is that each point has someone responsible.
Quick table for launch day
| Time | Action |
|---|---|
| Morning | Final content and form test |
| Midday | Open to indexing, connect Search Console and Webmaster |
| Afternoon | Send a real test request, check the Telegram notification |
| Evening | Announce on Instagram and to existing clients |
After the first week
- Read the first requests: are people asking questions the website should answer?
- Check which pages people visit and where they leave.
- Fix small issues quickly.
- Plan the first useful articles.
Key takeaways
- Check content, prices and contacts in every language before going live.
- Test every form on a real phone and confirm that requests reach the right person.
- Open the website to search engines and remove any leftover noindex setting.
- Connect analytics, Google Search Console and Yandex Webmaster on launch day.
- Keep the domain and hosting in your name and set renewal reminders.
- Review the first week of requests and fix what visitors still ask about.
